Two lanes of work

You can apply for either or both. Content review is how we raise E-E-A-T on UK, Canada, and Australia libraries without overstating credentials today.

Case review (client matters)

Flat-fee review of prepared document packages and optional live consultations. You advise under your licence; MyCaseworks handles intake, packaging, and payment routing. Typical fees are listed on the main attorneys page.

Content review (published guides)

Independent accuracy review of MyCaseworks articles. Paid for time, not outcomes. Bylines name the reviewer where the program is live (US student visas today). UK, Canada, and Australia guides remain editorial-only until reviewers are onboarded.

Priority jurisdictions

United States

State-bar licensed attorneys (immigration specialists preferred) for F-1, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, and related student-status matters. Content review for the US student-visas cluster is already live with a named California reviewer; we still need capacity for case reviews and adjacent topics.

United Kingdom

SRA-regulated solicitors or other authorized UK immigration professionals for Student Route, Graduate route, family visas, and student tenancy guides. Goal: move UK library pages off editorial-only labels via independent accuracy review against GOV.UK sources.

Canada

Provincial law-society lawyers and RCICs (within authorized scope) for study-permit, PGWP, Express Entry, and family-sponsorship procedure. Content review and case review are both in scope.

Australia

Registered migration agents and Australian lawyers for subclass 500, Genuine Student, financial capacity, Temporary Graduate (485), and related settlement guides.

How to apply

  1. 01

    Create a portal attorney account

Use the YouSafe portal sign-up for attorneys. One account covers credential screening, agreements, and case assignments.

  2. 02

    Submit credentials and practice areas

Bar / SRA / law-society / RCIC / MARA (or equivalent) details, jurisdictions of admission, and the matter types you will accept.

  3. 03

    Sign the reviewer agreement

Independent review terms, confidentiality, insurance confirmations, and the split between platform prep and your professional advice.

  4. 04

Complete a sample pack (if requested)

We may send a redacted sample document pack so both sides can confirm quality, turnaround, and writing standards.

  5. 05

Go live on case and/or content review

Approved reviewers receive case assignments and may be invited to independently review published guides in their jurisdiction.

What we require

  • Active, good-standing licence in the jurisdiction you will review (or RCIC/MARA authorization where applicable).
  • Professional indemnity insurance that covers the advice you provide under your own practice.
  • Willingness to review against primary sources (USCIS/SEVP, GOV.UK, IRCC, Home Affairs) and to refuse work outside your licence.
  • Clear written English suitable for international student clients.
  • No expectation that content review steers readers to your private practice β€” independence is part of the editorial model.

What happens after you apply

Credential screening typically starts within one business day. Incomplete applications (missing licence numbers, insurance, or jurisdiction details) are returned with a short checklist. Approved reviewers appear in routing for their practise areas only β€” we do not assign out-of-jurisdiction matters.
