Services & pricing

Pick a tier. Flat fees, no hourly billing.

Every MyCaseworks service is a flat fee with a defined scope. Attorney review is added as a tier on top of document preparation, never billed hourly.

How to choose a tier

Start free when the risk is low

Use the free procedure library first β€” US student visas, UK immigration, Canada, Australia, and templates. Paid review is for organising a filing packet, not for replacing reading the rule.

Pay for review when stakes rise

Choose Essential or higher for prior refusals, complex funds, Day-1 CPT histories, STEM OPT employer changes, tight deadlines, or when you need a named attorney pass on a US student-status packet. Basic tiers are document prep only β€” no attorney advice.

Who reviews what

US student-status guides and many US review tracks use the named attorney pathway documented on Authors & Reviewers. UK, Canada, and Australia content may be editorial-only until local panel reviewers are live β€” we label that honestly on each page.

What we do not do

MyCaseworks is not a law firm and does not guarantee government outcomes. Representation before USCIS, UKVI, IRCC, or a tribunal requires a licensed professional engaged for that purpose. See the disclaimer and refund policy.
