Document checklist review
Immigration and tenancy applications are denied most often for missing or mismatched documents—not for weak arguments. MyCaseworks verifies every item on your checklist against the current published requirements of the relevant government agency. On the Essential tier, a US-licensed attorney reviews the supporting documents themselves and flags items that officers commonly reject.
Reviewed by US-licensed attorneys (lead reviewer: Denise Platter Cabrera, CA Bar #298948) and editorial staff for non-US jurisdictions.

Who reviews your document

UK and Canada attorney-review programs are under development; until launch, those jurisdictions receive editorial verification against published government checklists.
Frequently asked questions
- What countries do you cover?
- United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Each checklist is verified against the current published requirements of the relevant government agency: USCIS for US matters, UKVI for UK matters, and IRCC for Canadian matters.
- Do you check the I-20 / CAS / LOA?
- Yes. We verify that your institutional documents match the requirements of the specific visa category you are applying under. We flag mismatched dates, missing signatures, and formatting errors that consular officers commonly reject.
- What if my checklist is for a refusal recovery?
- Choose the Enhanced tier. The live consultation lets the reviewer cross-check your new documents against the refusal grounds and flag any item that could trigger the same objection twice.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. The Basic and Essential tiers verify your documents against published government checklists. The Enhanced tier adds a live consultation with a US-licensed attorney, but this is document-specific guidance, not retained legal representation. For case-specific legal advice, retain an immigration attorney.
