MyCaseworks
MyCaseworks Editorial is the in-house research and writing team behind articles that have not yet been assigned a publicly named reviewing attorney, or that cover jurisdictions where the attorney-review program is still under development. All editorial content is based on primary sources β statute, regulation, government guidance, and court decisions β and is reviewed internally for accuracy before publication. Articles awaiting attorney review are labelled "Editorial-only" at the byline.

How editorial content is produced
Editorial-only pages are researched from primary sources and written by the MyCaseworks team. They are useful for orientation and document preparation, but they are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer, solicitor, RCIC, or migration agent licensed where you file.
When a named licensed reviewer authorises public attribution for a jurisdiction, those guides move from Editorial-only to a named byline. Until then we keep the honest label rather than inventing expert names.
- Sources: statute, regulation, Federal Register / IRCC / GOV.UK / Home Affairs pages, and form instructions.
- Internal checks: broken official links, contradictory thresholds, and missing risk call-outs before publish.
- Jurisdictions commonly editorial today: UK, Canada, Australia procedure, plus some US topics outside the student-status review track.
- Panel recruitment: licensed reviewers can apply via /attorneys/apply/.
